Hence you might get errors from there since if the gfx fails you get a blank screen for some seconds until windows "revives" your gfx again, if this continues windows "disables" Dreamscene for stability and safety reasons. Most drivers as of yet don't support native-on-gpu hd-decoding (h264). well having seen what the others told above it's safely to assume that your problem relies on the Graphics Card Drivers.
